Jiyeon Kim

Jiyeon Kim is a seasoned User Researcher with extensive experience in UX research and product development across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Dott since November 2021, Jiyeon previously held roles at Open Social and StuDocu, where efforts focused on understanding customer needs through interviews and surveys, resulting in actionable research outcomes. Jiyeon has a diverse background, including positions in sales coordination and marketing within educational contexts, and has developed language skills through translation and tutoring roles. Jiyeon holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish translation and interpretation from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, supplemented by courses in graphic design and UI/UX design.
