Joanna Kravjar has extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Beginning as a Credit Analyst at Dell from September 2009 to December 2011, Joanna transitioned to academia as a Lecturer at Comenius University in Bratislava from September 2012 to June 2015. Joanna subsequently served as Chief of Staff and Operations Manager at TATRY MOUNTAIN RESORTS from November 2015 to December 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing theme park operations and project management. In May 2022, Joanna took on the role of Operations Manager at TIER Mobility, before becoming Business Operations Manager at Dott in November 2024. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Filologia from Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach and another Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Uniwersytet Warszawski.
