Lucas Mitrovic

Lucas Mitrovic is currently a Senior Operations Manager for Expansion at Dott, where they have been instrumental in launching operations across Western Europe and integrating best practices from both Dott and Tier. Prior to this role, Lucas held various positions, including Operations Manager at Dott, Operations Consultant at Coup Mobility, and Debt Restructuring & Advisory Services Assistant at Crédit Agricole CIB. They also gained valuable experience as a VC analyst at VisVires New Protein and as a Strategy Assistant at Dialogues Conseil, where they co-created impactful strategies for major banks. Lucas holds a Master's degree in management from IÉSEG School of Management and is pursuing another Master's degree at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
