Maribel B. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Maribel is currently working as the Director People Partnering at Dott, a position they started in September 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of People Partnering & Talent Acquisition at the same company from November 2022 to October 2023. In addition, they worked as the Lead People Partner - Central Operations at Dott from April 2022 to November 2022.

Before joining Dott, Maribel worked as the Head of Global HR - Riders at Rocket from October 2021 to April 2022. Their responsibilities included managing the direct employment strategy for Riders, setting up scalable recruiting processes, and negotiating with employee unions.

Maribel's work experience also includes a role as the HR Manager & Business Development at Bewegungsfreiheit Germany from January 2020 to June 2021. Maribel was responsible for HR matters and business development.

Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at MP Biomedicals from January 2016 to December 2019. Their responsibilities included supporting the EMEA region in HR matters, implementing HRMS, and assisting the corporate and management team with HR processes and employee development.

Maribel began their career as an Account Manager Iberia at Stafix Ltd. from October 2008 to January 2016.

Maribel B. earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from JAMK University of Applied Sciences in 2009. Maribel then studied as an exchange student in International Business at Hochschule Bielefeld for one year. In 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Management- Corporate Finance from UHasselt, which they completed in 2010. Later, in 2012 and 2013, Maribel B. attended Fundesem Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
