Mathieu Deloly

Mathieu Deloly is an experienced executive in the mobility sector, currently serving as VP & Regional General Manager for DACH-CEE at Dott since December 2024. Prior to this role, Mathieu held multiple positions at TIER Mobility from March 2021 to December 2024, including VP & Regional General Manager for both Nordics-CEE and ACH-CEE, as well as General Manager & Director for Poland. Mathieu also served as General Manager for Bird in Poland from September 2019 to February 2021, overseeing local operations related to launch, strategy, partnerships, and public policy. From March 2014 to July 2019, Mathieu was General Manager and a Management Board Member at BikeU, contributing to the company's setup and activity development. Earlier in the career, from February 2009 to March 2014, Mathieu worked at Egis as Project Manager, Project Controller & Quality Assurance Manager, and Branch Office Director's Assistant, involved in various projects, including toll collection systems and infrastructure design. Mathieu holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from CentraleSupélec, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
