Sanne Koemeester

Sanne Koemeester has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sanne currently works at Dott as a Senior People Operations Specialist & Workplace Lead. Prior to that, they worked as a Co-Founder at Keramiek Garage, where they initiated a shared studio for potters. Sanne also served as HR/People Operations Manager at Adelee, a startup that developed a video messaging app. Before that, Sanne worked as a Customer Success Manager at Beeple, a staff management tool company. Sanne also has experience as an Events & Operations Manager at Het Industriegebouw, a coworking space, and as an Operations Manager at TNW Spaces. Additionally, Sanne worked as a direct sales representative at Helpling, a scale-up, and as a trainee social entrepreneur at SocialStart. Sanne also has experience as a bar manager at Barproducties B.V. and as a business and floor manager at Performatory, where they were responsible for the physical space and community management.

Sanne Koemeester attended Breda University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Social Innovation. Prior to that, they completed their HAVO at Alfrink College from 2005 to 2010. Sanne also attended kindergarten in Manila, The Philippines between 1996 and 1998.
