Naomi Broughton

Naomi Broughton is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and martech start-ups. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Client Success Director at Dotter, they lead commercial efforts and product strategy, enhancing consumer interactions with brands. Naomi has also contributed as a member of the board of trustees for Bristol Parent Carers since 2024, supporting families of children with special educational needs. Previously, they held the position of Sales Director for APAC at Ad.IQ, where they successfully developed sales strategies and managed key partnerships.
