DotVA is founder-led by Jenn Yang, a qualified Chartered Accountant with 8+ years in accounting and finance across both public practice and large corporates, including a Big Four Firm and a global sporting brand. She takes every discovery call, meets every client and personally screens every VA, bringing a finance professional's eye for process and detail to how and what you delegate, especially for tasks where accuracy is non-negotiable. We place dedicated, Philippines-based VAs who work your business hours and integrate seamlessly into your team like staff, not contractors.

Why businesses choose offshore VAs through DotVA:
• Cost without compromise. Access skilled, university-educated talent at a fraction of local hiring cost, freeing budget for growth instead of overhead.
• A dedicated person, not a pool. You get one consistent VA who learns your business, not a rotating help desk.
• Australian business hours. Your VA works your timezone, so work happens during your day, not overnight.
• Fully managed. We handle recruitment, onboarding, HR, payroll, IT, performance and upskilling, so you get the output without the management load. All you need to do is train your VA the same way you would an employee.
• The Philippines advantage. High English proficiency, a strong service culture and deep experience supporting Australian businesses.
• Scale on your terms. Add hours or team members as you grow and adjust as needs change.

Reliable, experienced virtual business support, built around how you actually work.
