Fernando Souza

Fernando Souza has extensive experience in IT management and software development, currently serving as Gerente de Arquitetura de TI at Dotz Inc. since July 2022, overseeing architecture, SRE, and software quality teams. Prior roles include Coordenador de Tecnologia and Tech Lead at TruckPad, where responsibilities included project organization and multidisciplinary team management, contributing to TruckPad's recognition as one of the "Top 100 Open Startups 2019." Previous positions with Buonny, Vaipe, JáCotei, and Buscapé Company involved significant contributions to team management, system architecture, and development using various technologies including PHP, Python, and AWS.
