Double Dragon Coaching provides training, consulting, and team building to increase employee engagement and collaboration in the complex multigenerational workplace. We utilize a combination of accredited activities, assessments, and coaching to help teams build greater trust, improve productive communication, and master healthy conflict. Our goal is to create a workplace culture where people are united around their values and are utilizing their strengths to create better teams and stronger organizations.

We understand the generational cultural clash that’s happening in many workplaces today. Our programs focus on building greater understanding between team members through an exploration of values, strengths, and expectations. Every workshop is designed to improve the quality of participants’ thinking and personalized based on your team size, goals, and timeline. Our mission is to utilize cross-generational differences to create better leaders, teams, and organizations.

Double Dragon Coaching is the team of Justin Shaddix and Zach Handler, certified executive coaches, facilitators, and team building specialists. Double Dragon Coaching is based in New York, NY.
