Ted Messmer

Ted Messmer is the Chief Executive Officer of Double E Group, a role they have held since 2025. They previously served as President of Carlisle Brake & Friction from 2015 to 2022 and as Chief Executive Officer of Diploma PLC, NA Seals from 2022 to 2025, and held leadership roles at Belden (Vice President & General Manager, Networking Solutions, 2010–2015), Corning Incorporated (Product Line Manager & other positions, 1999–2009), and Danaher Corporation (Global Director, Applications Engineering & Customer Service, 2009–2010). They served in the US Army as an Aviation Officer from 1992 to 1999, including as an Apache Helicopter Pilot and as Company Commander of an Attack Helicopter unit in South Korea and as Scout Helicopter Platoon Leader in Fort Riley, Kansas. They earned an MBA in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business (2004–2005) and a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1988–1992).
