The Double Eagle Process is a New York City-based management firm that brings high level consulting services for a fraction of the cost of hiring an employee. Our team of experienced professionals work closely with you to identify and prioritize needs, while executing your vision.
As former CEO of a prestigious not for profit finance company, real estate investor and Vice President with several community banks, I understand the financial constraints you face in growing your customer base. Finding qualified talent to execute your vision is expensive and time consuming. It’s also getting harder to find new customers in this cluttered consumer market that requires a digital strategy.
This is where the Double Eagle Process excels. My company and our collaborative expertise includes a former big “4” CPA to help with finance; a former Executive Producer with NBC to lead publicity and branding efforts; a well-known improvisation instructor to develop employees towards more action oriented results. We are more than just outside consultants. We apply Six Sigma principles and bring real-world experience to solving your financial and customer-based problems.
This business strategy helps me successfully guide many clients through crisis and the PR and marketing division raises the profile of your company in the local community and target market. We tell your story and reinvigorate your original purpose and mission.
