Double Tap marketing is an extension of your marketing team. Created for the smaller business and fitting seamlessly into your growth plans, we utilise e-mail, telemarketing, profiling and marketing automation to gain you leads whilst you look after your clients.

Experts on the phone making either cold calls or warm calls, using the multi-channel marketing approach whilst maintaining a quality and well qualified sales pipeline means we can deliver excellent ROI (Return on Investment).

We nurture/ incubate your potential clients until they are ready to do business with you and only pass over prospects who meet your ideal client criteria. We set up a marketing plan prior to calling leads so every month, all parties know what marketing activity is going to take place and consistent results are gained.

Clients are assigned one senior account manager which means there is one point of contact and no risk of having to explain anything twice saving you time and making the whole sales process much simpler for all. We report, update and review every month and would recommend any tweaks to a marketing campaign that we believe would help maximise ROI.

Other services include appointment setting, demand generation, email marketing, social marketing, contact nurturing and relationship management.

All telemarketing is taken place in the UK, and unless requested otherwise, not from an 08 number. It is important to make the best impression as there is a lot of trust when letting someone else represent your company and we respect that and make sure that every opportunity, no matter how small, we act to the highest standards.
