Kevin Blake has a diverse work experience. Kevin started their career as a Camp Counsellor at the City of Mississauga in 2011, where they consistently exceeded performance expectations and received recognition for generating inclusive program plans. In 2013, they became a Hockey and Floorball Supervisor at McMaster University, responsible for reports and training officials. Later, in 2014, they worked as a Construction Worker at Christie Mechanical Ltd, operating heavy machinery and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. In 2016, Kevin joined the City of Mississauga again, this time in an Operations role, where they handled various tasks such as room set-up, pool readings, and maintaining facility cleanliness. Additionally, they demonstrated excellent customer service skills and promptly responded to customer concerns. In 2018, they briefly worked as an Augmented Reality Developer at Lukasi Technology Consulting. From 2019 to 2022, Kevin worked as a Game Developer at Gogii Lighthouse Studios Inc., creating games. Currently, they are a Game Developer at DoubleJump Games. Throughout their career, Kevin has also pursued their passion for game development by studying as a Software Engineer and Game Design student at McMaster University.

Kevin Blake completed their Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and Game Design from McMaster University from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Mississauga Secondary School and obtained their High School degree from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Kevin earned a certification in "SABR101x: Sabermetrics 101: Introduction to Baseball Analytics" from Boston University in July 2014.
