Shai Dekel

Shai Dekel is a seasoned operations and technical management professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering (SRE), cloud services, and customer care management across various industries. Currently a Senior Operations Manager at DoubleVerify, Shai leads production operations and onboarding initiatives, while previously serving as Head of Cloud SRE at BMC Software, where SRE teams were established and monitoring processes were enhanced. Shai held multiple leadership roles at Kaltura and Pitney Bowes, focusing on global technical support and production operations management, respectively. Additionally, Shai's career began with technical support and system development roles in government and private sectors, backed by a B.Sc. in Information Systems and Computer Science from Pace University and a certification in electronics.
