Todd Randak

Todd Randak has a diverse and extensive work experience in the digital media and advertising industry. Todd is currently serving as the SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at DoubleVerify. Prior to that, they held the role of SVP of Strategy and Partnerships at Magnite, where they focused on partnership development and cross-functional strategic initiatives related to advanced TV and data. Todd also worked as the SVP of Corporate Strategy at Telaria, where they contributed to the company's growth and success. Before that, they were the EVP of Global Head of Product at Frankly Media, leading a team that helped media companies package, distribute, and monetize digital content. Todd's entrepreneurial experience includes being a Co-Founder of Mobdub, a community engagement platform, and VP of Ecommerce Strategy at Exceed, where they developed the company's services division and advised clients on strategy and client relations. During their time at WorldNow, Todd held various executive roles, including EVP of Business Development, EVP of Product, and SVP of Strategic Development, where they oversaw strategy, partnerships, and product management. Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated expertise in driving innovation, forming strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities in the digital media and advertising space.
