Robert L. Settle, PE, CFM, is a Principal Engineer currently with Doucet, A Kleinfelder Company. With extensive experience in prominent infrastructure projects in the Houston region, they have developed a strong skill set in roadway and drainage design, project management, budgeting, and quality control. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at AECOM and RPS North America, where they managed transportation projects and mentored young professionals. Settle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lamar University and has held various leadership positions across several engineering firms since obtaining their P.E. license in 1999.
