Online Dispatch Team

Doughnut Time's Online Dispatch Team is made up of experienced professionals who have worked in the food industry for many years. The team has a wealth of knowledge and experience in pastry, baking and cake decorating, as well as in running a busy kitchen.

The team's current position is Online Dispatch Team at Doughnut Time, where they help with the general tasks and upkeep of the section to supply all room amenities, afternoon tea and both of the on site restaurants. This can include decorating the afternoon tea cakes, help with the new ideas coming onto the menu as well as helping with the process of bread making.

Prior to this, the team worked at Heckfield Place as demi chef de partie from November 2019 to March 2020. They were responsible for helping with the general tasks and upkeep of the section, supplying all room amenities, afternoon tea and both of the on site restaurants. This included decorating the afternoon tea cakes, help with the new ideas coming onto the menu as well as helping with the process of bread making.

Before that, they were employed at Gather and Gather from July 2018 to September 2019 as Chef De Partie. They ran their own section while preparing breakfast every day as well as all the desserts and sweet treats onsite. They were given responsibilities and freedom to come up with new ideas as well as help other sections complete their tasks. They developed how to organise themselves in the way of stock, rotation of it and how to work better under pressure. They served upwards of 500 customers a day through breakfast as well as lunch.

Their previous positions include Pastry Demi chef at Fenwicks from April 2018 to July 2018, and Pastry Demi chef at L'Ortolan from September 2016 to April 2018.

The educational career for Online Dispatch Team would be a 90 credit diploma in Hospitality and Catering from Basingstoke College of Technology.
