I believe in the profound interconnectedness of individuals, where sharing our unique stories holds the power to cultivate new knowledge and foster collective growth at the crossroads of our lives. This intersection presents a pivotal choice in how we impact each other amidst the present context and future interactions. As members of my team transition from being coworkers to spouses, parents, siblings, caretakers, and community members, I aspire to create a positive dinner table conversation that ripples into kindness beyond their time with me. My genuine curiosity extends to people, teams, and organizations, seeking ways to assist them in achieving their goals.

Are unproductive meetings weighing you down, prompting a quest for innovative ways to facilitate generative conversations?

Is encouraging active participation in discussions to generate fresh ideas proving to be a challenge?

Does your organization see untapped potential in fostering connections among employees, teams, and leaders?

Are you in need of a trusted partner to bounce ideas off or broaden your perspectives?

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, Doug is here to support you and your organization! With over 20 years of leadership experience in both operational and human resources roles, Doug can help identify specific pain points, chart a strategic roadmap, and enhance your bottom line through talent engagement and optimization.
