Jonathan Kirsner

Jonathan Kirsner, MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles related to global sourcing, supply chain management, and operations. Jonathan is currently serving as the Director of Global Sourcing and Supply Chain at Douglas Dynamics, Inc. Prior to this, they co-founded DOWN Official Inc. in 2018 and worked as a Co-Founder till 2020. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Skytex Mexico SA de CV. In 2017, they had a consultant internship with Whirlpool Corporation, specifically in the Global Supply Chain Group. Before that, they held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Seams Lovely Apparel Inc. from 2012 to 2015.

Jonathan Kirsner, MBA, holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies and Rhetorical Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2007-2011). Jonathan pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business (2017-2019). Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Business Analytics from the same institution (2017-2019). Jonathan also holds a Lean Management certification from Simplilearn.
