Mary Watson

Mary Watson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Douglas Dynamics, Inc. since April 2008, after roles as HR Generalist and HR Assistant. Prior to this, Mary worked at Taction from March 2003 to April 2008, where responsibilities included HR Coordinator duties focused on recruiting, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws, as well as a role as Customer Service Agent. Earlier experience includes positions as a Medical Billing Specialist at Camden First Aid Association and Medical Rescue Billing, where Mary handled billing, claims processing, and customer relations. Mary obtained a diploma from Camden-Rockport High School and attended Mt. Blue High School.
