Matt Kaminecki

Matt Kaminecki is a Business Unit Manager at Douglas Dynamics, Inc., where they are responsible for daily production and future facility planning. They started their career as an R&D engineer, transitioning to various roles in operations and management, including General Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor. As the founder of Kaminecki Custom Steel Bicycles, Matt gained experience in multiple business aspects while fabricating hand-made bicycle frames. They hold an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, along with a Lean Practitioner certification from Gemba Academy.
