Richard Hendricks is a seasoned technical writer with a diverse background in engineering and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Douglas Dynamics, Inc. since November 2019, Richard previously worked at Kohler Co. as a Technical Writer, where responsibilities included creating manuals for plumbing products.
