Our founder, Colin Douglas, started the firm in 2020 to create a new category, drawing on the best of his previous work with McKinsey & Company, Harvard Business Review, and the World Economic Forum. The result: a consultancy where seasoned strategists, writers, analysts, and designers take on the complexity of their clients' challenges as their own.

That approach has earned serious trust. We've delivered more than 1,500 projects for over 50 clients across leadership, AI, sustainability, financial services, and beyond.

Led by Chair Rik Kirkland (former Fortune managing editor and McKinsey partner) and CEO Colin Douglas, our team works from London and Cape Town, supporting clients on six continents.
