Alexandre Cláudio is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef at DouroAzul. They gained extensive experience in various prestigious hotels and resorts, including roles as Executive Chef and Sous Chef, where they specialized in kitchen management, food safety, and menu development. Alexandre completed culinary studies at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril and furthered their education with advanced courses at Universidade Lusófona and Instituto Politécnico de Leiria.
