Federico Maracci currently serves as the Chief People Officer for doValue since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Prior roles include VP of Human Resources for the IT Branches at AlmavivA S.p.A. and various leadership positions at BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas, such as Head of Industrial Relations and Labour Litigations and HR Director for Southern Italy. Earlier career highlights include HR management roles at Fontana Group, Acqua & Sapone - Gruppo Quamar SpA, and Pharmexx, along with consultancy positions at Careercounseling - Lee Hecht Harrison and Right Management.
