Moira Chapman

Moira Chapman has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Head of Finance & Resources at Dovecot Studios since June 2025. Prior to this role, Moira was Head of Finance & Operations at Culture & Business Scotland from 2016 to June 2025, and held the position of Head of Finance at ENGAGE RENFREWSHIRE in 2015-2016. Moira also worked as Bursar at Seamab School from 2009 to 2014 and as Finance and Office Manager at Friends of the Earth Scotland from 2002 to 2008. Moira's educational background includes qualifications from ACCA, a Master of Business Administration in Public Service Management from the University of Stirling, and a degree in Business Administration from The University of Stirling.
