Mariya Koceva is an experienced project manager currently leading the Digital Customer Experience Team at Dover Food Retail since March 2023. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Hill Phoenix from March 2001 to April 2023, where responsibilities included planning, organizing, and managing a diverse project portfolio as an Associate Project Manager. Mariya also held various positions in customer service, sales and marketing, and production management within Hill Phoenix, progressively advancing from roles such as Quality Inspector and Assembler to Senior Lead Customer Champion. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Economics and Management from West University “Neofit Rilski” in Bulgaria and a High School Diploma in Economics from the Vocational School of Economics in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria.
