Katie Ross is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience across various companies. Ross served as a recruiter at Flexport, managing multiple concurrent roles and enhancing hiring processes through data-driven strategies. At Miro, Ross owned the full-cycle recruiting for the G&A organization and developed a referral strategy for the recruiting team.
