Jacob Lim is a global HR leader with over 20 years of experience in driving HR transformation and organizational development. They served as the Human Resources Team Lead at Vatech from 2002 to 2009, and continued in similar roles at Softcamp Co., Ltd. and Bluedigm until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Jacob held the position of Head of Human Resources at Phoenixdart and ATON, respectively. Currently, they are the Head of HR at DoveRunner, where they continue to influence HR practices and leadership. Jacob earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from 건국대학교 in 2002.
