Rupender Tummala

Rupender Tummala is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at DoveRunner since March 2025. Previously, Rupender held the same title at INKA Entworks Inc. for a brief period in early 2025 and spent several years at BlackBerry, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Software Engineering and Director of Engineering from April 2019 to February 2024. Prior roles also include Senior Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer at Good Powered by BlackBerry, Software Engineer at Visto Corporation, Software Consultant at Redsalsa Technologies Inc., and various engineering roles at Siemens Information Systems Ltd. and Emazines Software Pvt. Ltd. Rupender holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, completed in April 2000.
