63 million family caregivers are delivering 75–80% of long-term care in the US. They're tracking symptoms, coordinating between providers, and catching changes between appointments that no clinician ever sees, without tools, without infrastructure, and without formal recognition of the role they're already playing.

Dovetail is the care coordination platform built for family caregivers as a vital part of the healthcare team. Document what you observe. Coordinate your care circle. Show up to every provider appointment with structured records instead of memory.

Built by Dr. Ashley Blackington, OTD, OTR/L- a board-certified Occupational Therapist with 14 years of clinical experience across inpatient, private practice, and home-based settings.

Turning what caregivers know into what providers need.
