Stephen Olsem has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Stephen began their career in 1999 as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) at All American. In 2006, they joined Manpower Technical as a Component Engineer and simultaneously worked as a Dell Call Center Tech Support and ATG Sales at Spherion. Stephen then moved to Spectra Dynamics as a Program Engineering Manager in 2007, and subsequently worked as a Computer Support Technician at NxNW and Geek Squad in 2008. In the same year, they joined Unisys as a Desktop Support Technician and moved to Kindred Healthcare in 2009, where they worked as an IT Support Technician. In 2019, they joined Q2ebanking as an Application Support Analyst and is currently working as a Web site researcher at Dovetail Software since 2021.
Stephen Olsem obtained a Network + Certification from New Horizons in IT from 2008 to 2010. Stephen then earned an AAS in Electronic Technology from Des Moines Area Community College in 1980. Stephen also attended Iowa State University for Computer Science. In March 2022, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
