Jacky Chiu

Jacky Chiu is an experienced technology leader currently serving as CTO and Co-Founder at Brightside since April 2017 and as a member of the Advisory Board at Dovly since November 2020. Prior to these roles, Jacky was VP of Product and Technology at LifeLock from March 2012 to April 2017, where Jacky provided strategic leadership that contributed to significant membership growth. Jacky also held the position of Associate IT Director at Apollo Education Group from May 2005 to March 2012, overseeing the development of high-profile software platforms while ensuring student information protection. Earlier in Jacky's career, as MIS Manager II at MCI from January 1999 to May 2005, Jacky managed initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across multiple call centers. Jacky began the professional journey as a Software Developer at Sun Apparel in 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from The University of Texas at El Paso.
