Gem Conn is an experienced professional in content strategy and risk compliance, currently serving as Vice President of Content Strategy and Quality at Dow Jones since January 2009. Throughout tenure, Gem has held several key positions, including Vice President of Risk & Compliance Research and Head of Individuals Data in the Risk & Compliance sector. Prior to joining Dow Jones, Gem worked as a Quality Analyst at Dow Jones Risk & Compliance from 2007 to 2008 and was the Managing Editor at Factiva from 2001 to 2007. Gem holds an MA in Journalism Studies from the University of Westminster and a BA in French and German from Trinity College Dublin.
