Thomas Marsh

Thomas Marsh is a seasoned professional in strategic operations and project management, currently serving as the Strategic Operations Lead at Dow Jones since August 2021. In this hybrid role, Thomas is responsible for designing and implementing software solutions and internal processes. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Teknikos, Inc. from May 2013 to August 2021, initially as a Project Manager and later as a Program Manager, where responsibilities included stakeholder collaboration and support for Agile development. Earlier experience includes roles at Garfield Group as a Producer and at Harte-Hanks, Inc. as an Associate Digital Project Manager, managing projects in the marketing sector for major pharmaceutical clients. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Multimedia from The College of New Jersey, earned in 2010.
