Ada Wang is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, with over a decade of in-house expertise. They began their career as an intern at eBay before progressing to various roles including Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Parametric Technology Corporation and AstraZeneca. Ada held the position of Head of Compensation and Benefits for Greater China at The Kraft Heinz Company, and most recently served as the APAC Total Rewards Head at Dow, overseeing total rewards for multiple regions. Ada earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Management from Fudan University.
