Andrew Laney possesses substantial experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, with a career spanning various leadership and engineering roles at The Dow Chemical Company. From May 2015 to April 2018, Andrew served as Operations Leader, overseeing operations personnel in a major acrylic manufacturing facility. Prior to this, Andrew excelled as a Senior Production Engineer, focusing on production and quality for cellulose ether manufacturing assets while driving improvements through Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies. After a period as Site Director for operations strategic planning at Dow from April 2020 to August 2023, Andrew also held the title of Site Director and Senior Research Engineer, where research and development efforts were concentrated on innovative cellulose ether products. Education was completed at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2007.
