Ard Scheppers

Ard Scheppers is an Associate HR Partner at Dow and a passionate student of Human Resource Management at Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg. Previously, Ard completed an HR internship at Isah, where they engaged in various HR tasks, including developing personnel handbooks and managing application processes. Ard also gained experience as a Graduate Student and Consultant at Fontys Sociale Innovatiecentra, along with other roles focused on coaching and talent acquisition. They hold a Master's degree in Management of Cultural Diversity from Tilburg University, along with a premaster's in the same field.
