Barbara English is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, financial management, and reporting. Currently serving as Associate Corporate Strategy Director and Associate Business Finance Director at Dow since January 2018, Barbara has played a pivotal role in overseeing the Industrial Specialties Business's financial operations. Previous experience at Dow Performance Silicones includes multiple leadership roles as Plant Controller, where responsibility encompassed expense control, budgeting, and integration efforts during the merger with Dow Chemical. A graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, and an Associate of Arts from Delta College, Barbara has consistently demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and reporting, recognized by multiple awards throughout their career.
