Benjamin Gatica has extensive experience in the chemical industry, primarily with The Dow Chemical Company, where roles included Product and Segment Manager and Product Marketing Manager from 2015 to 2021. Responsibilities included managing a $150MM USD sales segment, leading multi-functional teams to maximize performance, and developing strategic channel initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Project Development Specialist at Grupo Modulo Progresivo and various roles at Dow Chemical from 2006 to 2011, such as Account Manager and Regional Marketing Specialist. Additionally, Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and completed a Professional Development Program in Innovation and Strategy at Harvard University.
