Benoît Rassart

Benoît Rassart is a Senior Process Safety Manager at Dow, responsible for EH&S Facilities in Europe. They previously served as the EH&S Delivery Manager for R&D at The Dow Chemical Company from 2016 to 2024 and held various roles at Dow Corning, including European R&D Lab and Safety Manager. Benoît began their career as a Quality Engineer at Afton Chemical from 2005 to 2006. Benoît earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Chemistry from Haute Ecole Roi Baudouin and a degree in Chemical Industrial Studies from Haute Ecole Provinciale du Hainaut Occidental à Ath. They also completed a prevention advisor program at Faculté Polytechnique, Mons.
