Bo Lv is currently the Global R&D FP for Footwear at Dow, where they are responsible for global footwear technology development in Dow Packaging & Specialty Plastics. Prior to this role, Bo served as a Senior Chemist and Lead Chemist at The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on various aspects of elastomers, electronic materials, and product R&D. Bo earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Zhejiang University, where they graduated in the top 10% of their class, and also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution, achieving recognition as an Excellent Graduate of Zhejiang Province.
