Brady Bagwell

Brady Bagwell is currently the Solution PE and POE Technology Director at The Dow Chemical Company, where they lead a team focused on capital project processes, particularly in building new plastics assets. With over twenty years of experience in chemical manufacturing, Brady has held multiple leadership positions, including Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager, managing significant teams and budgets. Brady earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and has extensive experience in continuous processes, turnaround planning, and team culture change in chemical plants.
