Brandon Baxter

Brandon Baxter is currently the Gulf Coast PMO Facilities Program Manager at Dow, leading a team responsible for executing capital and expense projects in Lake Jackson, TX. Previously, Brandon served as a Construction Manager at Kelly Services, where they managed the fit-out of new R&D buildings, and held various roles at Brazos M & E, including Assistant Superintendent and Civil Planner. Brandon also gained experience in customer service and retail as an Appliance Salesman at Sears and worked as a Stocker and Sales Associate at McCoy's Building Supply before pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Technology from the University of Houston.
