Bryan Burleson

Bryan Burleson has extensive experience in process safety and manufacturing, currently serving as the Process Safety Focal Point/Unit Leader for Freeport Marine Terminal Operations at Dow since August 2013. Prior to this role, Bryan worked at Schwan's Company from July 2009 to May 2013, holding positions as Manufacturing Execution Systems Project Manager/Lead and Senior Improvement Engineer in the Utilities sector, focusing on lean manufacturing and cost reduction. Earlier experience includes serving as Industrial Engineering Manager at Hormel Foods Corporation from June 2001 to July 2009, where Bryan excelled in creating labor standards and achieving cost reduction goals. Bryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from South Dakota Mines and an MBA from the University of Houston-Victoria.
