Carmelo Marano is currently serving as the Correggio Dow Site Leader at The Dow Chemical Company, where they leverage extensive experience in managing chemical plants across various locations in Italy. With a background in chemical engineering, Carmelo began their career at Montedison as an R&D chemist and progressed to roles in production and project management. They have held leadership positions at Enichem and Dow AgroSciences, focusing on operational excellence, cost management, and staff development. Carmelo earned a degree in Chemistry from Università di Catania and is committed to utilizing their expertise in the chemical and petrochemical sectors.
