Carsten Busse is an Engineering Leader at Dow, currently heading Engineering for North/West Germany and the Nordic Region. They previously served as Operations Leader, overseeing process engineering and automation, along with roles as Production Manager and Process Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company from 2015 to 2021. Carsten started their career with an apprenticeship in industrial commerce at Castrol, BP Group, and completed internships at Evonik Degussa and the Alfred-Wegener-Institute of Polar and Marine Research. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universität Lüneburg and an Engineer’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Hochschule Flensburg.
