Catherine Lapenta

Catherine LaPenta has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the chemical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a retired Global HR Director at Dow Chemical, Catherine has held significant leadership roles since joining the company in October 2010, managing HR for the Functional Materials Group and overseeing business operations generating over $3 billion in revenue. Previously, Catherine was the Global HR Business Director for Dow Advanced Materials, focusing on workforce planning and talent management. Catherine's career began at the Nemours Foundation Pediatric Health Care System as Vice President of Human Resources. Educationally, Catherine holds an MBA from Widener University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware, along with a certification in Organizational Development from NTL, Inc.
