Ce Xi

Ce Xi possesses extensive experience in research and development within the fields of mechanical engineering and computational modeling. As a 3D Software R&D intern at Align Technology, Ce Xi contributed to the optimization of the Treat software for Invisalign treatment planning. At Michigan State University, Ce Xi served as a Research Assistant, focusing on computational biology models for cardiovascular disease, where advanced numerical techniques were utilized to simulate heart processes and develop 3D finite element models. Continuing at Dow, Ce Xi held the position of Senior Research Specialist, conducting thermal and adhesion modeling for EV battery applications and airbag coating materials, and later transitioning to Associate Research Scientist, where a novel physics-informed neural network platform for cooling system optimization was developed. Ce Xi holds a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
